Lake Sammamish Loop

One of the nicest exercise routes in the Northwest is
the Lake Sammamish Loop starting from Marymoor Park.

You can ride either direction around the lake but going
counter clockwise assures you have a bike lane all the way.

From the park there are several good regrouping places
helping to keep riders together and safe from cars.

At the farthest point from Marymoor is Lake Sammamish State Park,
an extra place for a short rest with restrooms and a water supply.

After the park riders travel up the east side of the lake
going south to north to finish the loop.

Total distance around the lake is 24 miles making the loop
an excellent evening ride or weekend morning warmup ride.
